Maximum Monthly Rate: $2556.00 includes all tuition, and Before & After Care — 7:30 AM to Classtime, and Classtime to 5:30 PM. Camp days are $50 for half-day and $100 for a full day. This excludes your Maximum Rate. Primary, 2.5 - 5 Years, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM - 3 Days Per Week: $1091.00 - 5 Days Per Week: $1284.00 - Before & After Care: $12.75 per hour, billed to the minute up to monthly maximum rate. Maximum Monthly Rate: $2309.00 includes all tuition, and Before & After Care — 7 AM to Classtime, and Classtime to 6:00 PM. Camp days are $50 for half-day and $100 for a full day. This excludes your Maximum Rate. English/Mandarin/Spanish Primary, 2.5 - 5 Years, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM - 3 Days Per Week: $872.00 - 5 Days Per Week: $1025.00 - Before & After Care: $12.75 per hour, billed to the minute up to monthly maximum rate. Maximum Monthly Rate: $2,199.00 includes all tuition, and Before & After Care — 7 AM to Classtime, and Classtime to 6:00 PM. Camp days are $50 for half day and $100 for full day. This excludes your Maximum Rate. Tuition Policies - Tuition is billed in 12 equal installments. The 216 day school year is divided into 12 equal installments. Please refer to the school calendar for details. Enrollment is for the entire year (September-August). - Tuition and childcare are billed monthly. Tuition is billed in advance. Childcare is billed for the month just completed. Camps are billed in advance. - Enrollment changes that reduce the number of days per week or to withdraw from the program require 30 days notice. **If you give notice to withdraw after July 1, tuition is billed through the end of the school year (mid-August).** - **Your first tuition payment is due at registration.** On-going payments must be made via ACH transaction. - **Your first tuition payment is non-refundable** once your child is enrolled. Your start date will not be changed due to failure to complete paperwork or for any other reason. No refunds or compensatory days for missed days. - A 2% late fee is applied to unpaid balance after the 18th of each month. - Returned checks are subject to a $50 charge plus applicable late fees. - Security fob will be billed at $25 per fob. Two fobs will be sent upon enrollment. . - Part-time or mid-year enrollments will have the first installment prorated. This ensures payment for days actually enrolled. - All “Late Fees”, “No Show” childcare only fees, or “Camp Fees” are not included in the Maximum Rate. ## Is Montessori right for my child? Observe a class and see if Fountainhead is the best placement for your family. By observing a class, you will get a feel for the environment and curriculum. Feel free to observe multiple classrooms to make sure you have the best fit possible for your child.
