Thank you for your interest in our Summer School program. Fountainhead offers even more flexibility and convenience to our families during the summer term. You can enroll your child anywhere from two days per session to every day in the session. No regular schedule is required and you pay by the day. Summer School enrollment is not required to hold your placement for the regular school year.
Some families will choose to attend only during the school year, and some will choose a combination of school-year and Summer School enrollment or even just a stand-alone Summer School session.
- The Summer School offers the same quality class time and hourly childcare both before and after class.
- Your child does not have to be enrolled in our school-year program to join us for the summer session.
- You may cancel Summer School enrollments with 30 days' written notice.
- If a family enrolls more than one child in a full-time program, you receive 10 percent off the lower tuition.

As a new parent, you will need to complete our school-year application form as well as the Summer School form. Please complete both forms below and return them to the administrative office. No payment is required with the Summer School forms; you will be billed separately. If you are enrolling for Fall, please send in your Fall payment to ensure placement.
