If you were enrolled at Fountainhead for the 2012–2013 school year, you can re-enroll for the 2013–2014 school year beginning February 1, 2013. Re-enrollment for the next school year is not automatic. In January of each year, we will send out information for the next school year and Summer School.
Current parents have the month of February for priority re-enrollment. After March 1, we will begin taking enrollment for new families. We highly recommend that you send in your re-enrollment as soon as possible to ensure your optimum class and schedule.
Use these forms ONLY if you are currently enrolled at Fountainhead. Return the re-enrollment form with your first Fall payment to reserve placement. Placement will not be held without your Fall payment, which will be applied directly to your tuition in the Fall.
If you are new to Fountainhead, please use our application form. New families applications will be processed after March 1, 2013.
